Itinerary

Day 1 Welcome to Rome

Arrival in the early evening in Fiumicino APT and meeting with the tour leader and Stop in Italy staff. Transfer to the booked hotel for the check-in, followed by the dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 2Discovering Rome

Half day guided walking tour of the city with the visit of some points of interest including the iconic Trevi Fountain and the popular squares of Piazza Navona and Piazza di Spagna. Free time for lunch and free time at disposal to individually explore the city and have dinner. Later on, transfer from the booked hotel to perform an open air concert in the city. After the concert, transfer back to the hotel with the overnight.

Day 3Vatican and concert(s)

Meet with the local guide for the half day guided visit of the Vatican Museums. Visiting the Vatican Museums is an unforgettable, must see sightseeing experience for visitors and art-lovers. After the visit, free time for lunch. In the early afternoon, performing in a local Church (or similar). Free time in the afternoon. In the evening, we suggest you an optional activity: attend a concert near Castel Sant’Angelo ! Free time for dinner and overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 4Colosseum, Ghetto and Pantheon

Meet with the local guide for an half day guided visit of the Colosseum and the Jewish Ghetto. Free time for lunch. The Colosseum or Coliseum is today the most recognisable of Rome’s Classical buildings, while Rome’s Jewish Ghetto is one of the best attractions in Rome and also one of its least-known. As the oldest Jewish community of Europe, this mysterious neighborhood is as central to the history of the city. In the early afternoon, performing at the Pantheon or similar. Free time after the concert and for the evening we’d like to suggest you another optional activity: a by night bike tour of Rome with a stop for pizza and gelato tasting. Overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 5Orvieto

It’s time to say goodbye to Rome and to be transferred to Orvieto. Check-in at the booked hotel and free time for lunch. In the early afternoon, meeting with the local guide for an half day guided tour. Between the most famous attractions of the city, Orvieto has a beautiful Duomo (Cathedral) and its monuments and architectures cover millenniums of history. Later on, visit of “Orvieto Underground”. The guided tour of the underground of Orvieto is an exciting experience to see the remains of an old olive oil mill and Medieval ruins. Free time for dinner. Overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 6 Two concerts in two cities

Early performance in the Duomo of Orvieto, followed by the transfer to Bolsena. Check-in at the booked hotel and free time for lunch, dinner and individual activities. In the evening, performing in an open air concert in Bolsena. Overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 7Welcome to Tuscany

Transfer from Bolsena to Florence, with a stop on the way at Castello di Vicchiomaggio for the visit of the ancient cellars with lunch and wine-tasting. Later on, stop in Piazzale Michelangelo, on the way to Florence, where you’ll be able to walk till San Miniato al Monte Church and visit it. San Miniato has been described as one of the finest Romanesque structures in Tuscany and one of Italy’s most beautiful churches, standing in one of the highest points in Florence. Check-in at the booked hotel in Florence. Free time for dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 Discovering Florence

In the morning, performance in a local church (or similar) in Florence. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, guided visit of the city with the visit of the Uffizi Gallery included. The Uffizi Gallery is very big and contains thousands of unique pieces by some of the greatest Italian Renaissance artists including Giotto, Raffaello, Michelangelo, Botticelli and Leonardo da Vinci. In the evening, dinner will be served in a local restaurant. Overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 9Bike and Cooking

Today, we suggest you another optional activity: a Tuscany bike tour that will take you through many iconic sights nearby Florence. In the late afternoon, you will attend a cooking class in one of the oldest cooking academy in Tuscany, where you’ll learn to make and cook pasta… and eat it !

Day 10Up to the North

Transfer from Florence to La Spezia area. Meeting with the local guide in Levanto for an half-day guided visit of Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre is the name of an area that encompasses five colorful towns, where small houses are surrounded by lush nature. Visitors to this place will be fascinated by the beauty of these five small villages, namely: Manarola, Riomaggiore, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso al Mare. In the late afternoon, transfer to Genoa and check-in at the booked hotel. Free time for dinner. Overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 11Camogli, Recco and Genoa

Transfer to Recco, with the meeting of the local guide. Boat transfer to Camogli for an half-day guided visit of the small village.
On this headland there’s an important monument in the town, the Basilica Santa Maria, which also overlooks the harbour. Originally dating from the 12th century, the Basilica has been modified over the centuries and now has an interior in the baroque style and a neo-classical touch. Free time for lunch. Transfer back by boat to Recco, followed by transfer to Genoa. In the afternoon, perform in an open air concert in Genoa, followed by the concert of Filarmonica Sestrese. Free time for dinner, with overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 12Como by bike

Transfer to Como by private bus. Check-in at the booked hotel with free time for lunch. In the afternoon, optional bike tour of Como around the famous lake. Free time for dinner and overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 13Como by boat

Meeting with the local guide for an half day tour of Como with a boat excursion to Bellagio, often referred to as the Pearl of Lake Como and it’s a beautiful small village, surprising and coloured. Free time for lunch and free time for individual activities in the afternoon. In the early evening, you will perform and open air concert in Como. Dinner in restaurant with typical Italian menu. Overnight at the booked hotel.

Day 14Bye bye

Transfer to Milan Malpensa APT for your flight back. End of our services. Bye !
